Return Policy
We aim for complete customer satisfaction. Every transaction is important to us because My Beach Towel wants to make you a customer for life. We want to encourage you to spread the word about our company if you are a satisfied customer. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of goods you purchase from us, or if you have not received the patient, respectful service you deserve, we want to know! If the item is incorrect or damaged please contact us via email or phone. The item(s) can be returned if defective, incorrect, or damaged within 2 weeks of the shipment. Your money will be refunded all but the cost for the shipping and handling. Of course, we would also love to hear from you when you are one of our satisfied customers :-). Thank you in advance.
Shipping Fees
All items will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS from 720 Frelinghuysen Ave. Newark, NJ 07114. The flatrate shipping is $6.00 in the United States. For international shipping the flatrate is $15.00.
